Pre-Orders

If you are placing a pre-order with Jagged Lily Clothing Co., please read our guidelines below:
- Payment for item is charged immediately.
- Placing a pre-order is not a guarantee of purchase*. Placing your order right away is recommended, as we fulfill as many pre-orders as we can based on order date. These items may not be available later as ready-to-ship items. If your order is unable to be fulfilled for any reason a full refund will be sent immediately.
- If you purchase other ready-to-ship items along with your pre-order, those items will be held until pre-order item(s) are available. If you wish to have the in-stock items ship immediately, please place two separate orders.
- Pre-order may be canceled, by customer, any time prior to the pre-order ending for full refund. Once the order has been placed with the vendor orders CANNOT be cancelled for refund. If you need to return item you can do so under our regular return policy.

- The date listed on the pre-order page is an approximate shipping window based on the vendor. These dates are subject to change.

*Although we do our best to fulfill most pre-orders, there are some reasons out of our control that a pre-order may be delayed or unable to be fulfilled including but not limited to: minimum quantity not met, vendor cancelling the order, defects/damages, out of stock through vendor by the order date, shipping delays due to manufacturing, and so on.
